Introduction

This policy explains the procedure for reporting, reviewing, removing, and restoring content suspected of infringing copyright on the whitelabel platform.

1. Copyright Protection Commitment

  • Gamingsoft Whitelabel respects copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights owned by third parties.
  • Client must ensure that all logos, banners, text, images, domains, scripts, additional templates, and promotional materials used have valid authorization.
  • Content proven to infringe copyright may be removed, restricted, or disabled without prior notice.

2. Scope of DMCA Policy

  • This policy applies to content displayed through client websites, landing pages, promotional pages, image files, logos, downloadable materials, and other public content using platform infrastructure.
  • This policy does not apply to third-party content outside platform control, unless such content is displayed or hosted through our system.
  • Each client is fully responsible for content uploaded, used, or published on its website.

3. Required Information in a Report

  • Full name of the reporter or authorized representative of the copyright owner.
  • Active email address and verifiable contact information.
  • Description of the original work claimed to be infringed.
  • URL or location of the allegedly infringing content on the platform.
  • Proof of ownership or authorization over the reported work.
  • Statement that the report is made in good faith.
  • Statement that the provided information is accurate and the reporter is authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner.

4. Report Review Procedure

  • After a report is received, our team will review the completeness of information and relevance of the claim.
  • If the report is incomplete, we may request additional information from the reporter.
  • If the claim is considered valid, the content may be temporarily removed, access-restricted, or forwarded to the related client for clarification.
  • Review time may vary depending on report complexity, request volume, and verification needs.

5. Counter Notice from Client

  • A client who believes its content was removed by mistake may submit a written counter notice.
  • The counter notice must include client identity, content URL, reason for objection, proof of usage rights, and a statement that the content is used lawfully.
  • We may re-review the content based on the received counter notice, but we are not obligated to restore content if legal risk remains.
  • Copyright disputes between the reporter and client may be directed to be resolved directly by the relevant parties.

6. Action Against Repeat Infringement

  • Clients who repeatedly use copyright-infringing content may be subject to feature limitation, content removal, website suspension, or service termination.
  • Accounts or websites used to imitate brands, conduct phishing, steal content, or misuse trademarks may be disabled immediately.
  • Gamingsoft Whitelabel reserves the right to take technical and administrative actions to protect the platform from legal risks.

7. Trademark and Brand Identity

  • Client is prohibited from using brand names, logos, identity colors, domains, or promotional materials that imitate other companies without authorization.
  • Domains resembling third-party brands, misleading users, or used for impersonation may be rejected or disabled.
  • Trademark infringement reports may be processed using a mechanism similar to DMCA reports.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Gamingsoft Whitelabel acts as a whitelabel infrastructure provider and is not responsible for content created or uploaded by clients.
  • We do not provide legal opinions regarding copyright ownership or validity of third-party claims.
  • Decisions to remove, restrict, or restore content are made based on internal policy, available information, and risk considerations.
